1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of QA Workflow Assistant. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using authenticated features of the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account, purchase a subscription, or use the Service.
If you use the Service for an employer or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to do so on that organization’s behalf. The Service is intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older.
The Service is operated by Can Yavas in Florida, United States. The product market is US-first; international users may use the Service subject to applicable local laws.
2. Description of the Service
QA Workflow Assistant provides software tools that may include generating test cases from requirements; generating acceptance-criteria-based QA artifacts; edge-case and negative- scenario generation; BDD-style output; saved generation history; optional Jira and Xray integrations (including test, Test Set, and Test Execution workflows when configured); export functionality; and subscription-based features.
Available features may differ between Free and Pro plans. Team offerings may be discussed separately and are not guaranteed as a self-serve software entitlement under these Terms. Features may be changed, improved, limited, or discontinued over time. Not every feature is guaranteed to remain permanently available.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably up to date. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email address and any authentication provider you use (such as Google), for protecting passwords and connected-account access, and for not sharing credentials in a way that compromises account security.
You are responsible for activity occurring through your account, except to the extent caused by QA Workflow Assistant’s own failure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact info@qaworkflow.net. Access may be suspended when reasonably necessary to protect you, the Service, or other users.
4. AI-Generated Content
Requirements, acceptance criteria, refinement instructions, and related inputs you provide are processed using third-party AI services to generate QA artifacts. AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, outdated, duplicated, or unsuitable for a particular system or release.
The Service does not guarantee test completeness, defect detection, regulatory compliance, or production readiness. AI output is a drafting and productivity aid, not a substitute for professional QA review. You must review, validate, edit, and approve generated output before relying on it. You remain responsible for test strategy, coverage decisions, expected results, implementation choices, and release decisions.
Independently validate security, financial, medical, legal, insurance, regulatory, or other high-impact workflows. Generated output does not constitute legal, security, compliance, insurance, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
QA Workflow Assistant does not claim ownership of your original input. Subject to these Terms and applicable third-party rights, you may use generated output for your own lawful business purposes. The Service does not guarantee that generated output is unique or free from similarity to output generated for others.
5. User Content
“User Content” includes Jira stories, requirements, acceptance criteria, refinement instructions, test data, generated content you save, and integration configuration information, excluding software, branding, and other materials owned or licensed by the operator.
You retain responsibility for User Content and represent that you have the authority and necessary rights to submit it. You grant the operator a limited license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service. That operational license ends when the data is deleted from the live Service, except where retention is permitted under the Privacy Policy (for example backups, law, security, billing, or dispute records). The operator does not acquire ownership of your Jira stories or business requirements.
6. Sensitive and Regulated Data
The Service is not currently designed or represented as a certified environment for protected health information, full payment-card data, government-classified information, highly sensitive authentication secrets, biometric templates, regulated financial records, export-controlled technical data, or other specially regulated information that requires contractual or certified controls.
Do not submit passwords, API keys, private keys, access tokens, complete payment-card information, unnecessary personal information, regulated health information, or confidential production data you are not authorized to process. Sanitize and anonymize Jira content before submission when appropriate.
7. Jira and Xray Integrations
Jira and Xray integrations are optional. If you connect them, you must provide valid credentials and sufficient permissions, and you authorize the Service to use those credentials for actions you request. Integration credentials are processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
Review generated content before pushing it. A push or related action may create or modify external Jira or Xray records. Those external records may persist after you disconnect the integration or delete your QA Workflow Assistant account. Delete or modify external records directly in Jira or Xray when needed.
The Service cannot guarantee third-party API availability, compatibility, rate limits, or behavior. Atlassian and Xray may change APIs, authentication requirements, pricing, or availability independently. QA Workflow Assistant is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Atlassian or Xray. References to Jira, Atlassian, and Xray identify compatible third-party services only.
8. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Service unlawfully; violate intellectual- property or privacy rights; submit content you are not authorized to process; upload malware or malicious code; attempt unauthorized access to the Service; probe, scan, or test Service vulnerabilities without written permission; bypass rate limits, plan limits, or billing restrictions; interfere with Service availability; automate abusive traffic; reverse engineer the Service except where law expressly permits; resell access without authorization; use the Service to create phishing, credential-theft, malware, fraud, or other harmful content; impersonate another person or organization; use Jira or Xray integrations to create unauthorized records; or misuse AI output to make unsupported claims of compliance or testing completeness.
These restrictions are directed at misuse of the Service itself. They do not prohibit normal, authorized QA or security testing of systems you own or are expressly authorized to test.
9. Free Plan and Usage Limits
The Free plan is subject to generation, feature, and output limits. Current Free limits are shown on the Pricing page and within the application. Limits may change to prevent abuse, manage costs, or revise product offerings. Attempts to evade limits through multiple accounts, automation, or technical circumvention may lead to suspension.
10. Pro Subscriptions
Pro is a recurring paid subscription. The current price and billing interval are displayed before purchase. Today, Pro is offered as a monthly subscription processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. By purchasing, you authorize Stripe and the Service to charge the applicable recurring fee and any taxes collected through checkout.
You must maintain a valid payment method. Failed or overdue payments may result in access restriction, downgrade, or suspension. Plan benefits apply while the subscription is active. Price changes apply prospectively and will be communicated through the Service, checkout, email, or another reasonable method where required.
11. Cancellation
You may manage or cancel a paid subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal (Manage billing). Cancellation generally prevents the next renewal. Access may continue until the end of the current paid billing period. Subscriptions scheduled to cancel at period end remain active until that period ends.
Account deletion is blocked while paid access remains active. You must cancel the subscription and wait until paid access ends before account deletion is available. Deleting an account does not cancel a Stripe subscription. Disconnecting Jira or removing Xray credentials does not cancel billing.
12. Refunds
Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, subscription charges are non-refundable once paid. Users are responsible for canceling before the next renewal date. Exceptional refund requests may be reviewed at the operator’s discretion, but that review does not create an obligation to issue a refund. Contact info@qaworkflow.net with refund questions.
13. Taxes
Displayed prices may exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Stripe or the applicable payment system may calculate or collect taxes where configured or required. You are responsible for applicable taxes not collected through checkout.
14. Team and Enterprise Inquiries
Team or enterprise arrangements may require a separate proposal, order form, or written agreement. Marketing descriptions or demo discussions do not create guaranteed enterprise entitlements. If a separate written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for the covered services.
15. Third-Party Services
The Service depends on third-party providers, including OpenAI, Stripe, Google, Atlassian Jira, Xray, Vercel, Supabase, and Sentry. Their terms and privacy practices may apply. The operator does not control third-party outages, policies, API changes, suspensions, or data-retention practices, and is not responsible for content or services independently supplied by third parties, subject to applicable law. Nothing in this section limits responsibility for the operator’s own misconduct where such limitation is not permitted by law.
16. Intellectual Property
The operator owns or licenses the application source code, product design, branding, workflow logic, documentation, site content, and other non-user-provided software components. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while you comply with these Terms.
This license does not permit copying or selling the application, removing notices, unauthorized sublicensing, using branding to imply endorsement, or extracting substantial product content for a competing service, except where law expressly permits. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners. “QA Workflow Assistant” is used as a product name and is not represented here as a registered trademark.
17. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the product, the operator may use that non-confidential feedback to improve the Service without compensation. Do not submit feedback you consider confidential unless separately agreed. User Content such as Jira stories and requirements is not treated as feedback under this section.
18. Service Changes and Availability
The Service may be updated, changed, limited, or temporarily unavailable. Maintenance, third-party outages, security events, or technical issues may affect access. No specific uptime or support SLA is provided under these standard Terms. Material removal of paid functionality may be addressed through appropriate notice or account remedies where required by law.
19. Beta and Experimental Features
Features labeled beta, preview, early access, or experimental may be incomplete, may change, may contain errors, may be removed, and should not be relied upon for critical production workflows.
20. Suspension and Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary because of material Terms violations, unlawful use, abuse, security threats, fraud, nonpayment, attempts to bypass limits, or risk to users, providers, or the Service. Where practical and appropriate, notice or an opportunity to correct the issue may be provided. Immediate action may occur for serious security, fraud, or legal risks.
You may stop using the Service at any time. Account deletion remains subject to the active-subscription process described above. After termination, access ends; certain provisions of these Terms survive; external Jira and Xray records remain; and retained records are handled according to the Privacy Policy.
21. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and AI-generated output are provided on an “as available” basis. Output may contain errors. No guarantee is made that generated tests will identify every defect, or that output satisfies legal, security, audit, regulatory, coverage, or organizational requirements. The Service is not a replacement for human QA judgment. You are responsible for validating output and for maintaining backups of critical external records.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QA Workflow Assistant and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, loss of goodwill, missed defects, release failures, or third-party integration errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability arising out of the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by you to QA Workflow Assistant during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $100.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability arising from intentional misconduct or gross negligence where such exclusion is prohibited. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply.
23. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Subject to applicable consumer- protection laws, disputes that are not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the Florida county in which the operator resides.
24. Informal Dispute Resolution
Before filing a legal claim, contact info@qaworkflow.net with a description of the issue, the account email, and the requested resolution. Both parties should allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the dispute informally. This section does not prevent seeking urgent injunctive relief or using other remedies available under applicable law.
25. Export and Legal Compliance
You must comply with applicable laws, sanctions, export restrictions, employment or organizational policies, and third-party platform requirements that apply to your use of the Service.
26. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated as the Service changes. The effective date will be updated when changes are published. Material changes may be communicated through the Service, email, or another reasonable method. Continued use after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where legally permitted. If you do not accept revised Terms, stop using the Service and cancel any subscription before renewal. Changes do not apply retroactively.
27. General Terms
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable order form or written agreement, are the entire agreement between you and the operator regarding the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without the operator’s consent. The operator may assign these Terms in connection with a business restructuring, sale, or transfer. Headings are for convenience only.
You consent to receive operational and transactional communications electronically (for example account, billing, and security notices). This consent does not include marketing emails.
